Welcome to Yorkshire Yoga’s website.

Yorkshire Yoga was founded in 2005 to provide a welcoming and inclusive venue in which all of the community could experience the benefits of yoga.  We passionately believe that everyone should be able to participate in yoga and benefit from the physical and emotional support from taking part.

We offer a range of classes suitable for different levels of ability and health.

We are based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire and our yoga centre is a hub offering a range of group exercise classes taught by qualified instructors in Yoga, Pilates, Nordic Walking as well as well-being and natural stress relief techniques.

We want everyone in Yorkshire to get into Yoga and are committed to offering a range of classes to suit everybody’s experience level and physical capability.

We are really pleased to announce our new Mindfulness Based Living Course starting in February 2019.

Mindfulness meditation is a way of paying attention to, and seeing clearly whatever is happening in our lives. It helps to reduce stress as well as to develop more focus and mental clarity. It has a beneficial effect on our working practices and relationships.

Our custom designed yoga studio has a sprung floor, specialist equipment and hoists to ensure our range of classes are accessible to everyone, whatever their level of mobility or experience (including wheelchair users).
