She offers a warm relaxed style, blending teaching points, formal and informal practices with easy effective ways to bring mindfulness into day to day life. Her teaching is compassion based, with a strong emphasis upon building an embodied presence, working with kindness and the power of the breath, sensing into the bodies innate source of deep calm.
She delivers sessions through face to face studio based classes, online, leading Wellbeing Walks, exploring mindfulness in nature, Forest Bathing and creative mindfulness sessions. Rachel also delivers the MBLC (Mindfulness Based Living Course) an 8 week formal programme, developing a personal daily mindfulness practice.
