About My Classes
Linda began her journey into yoga in her early teens to create more balance in her body and mind. Over the years she has attended yoga classes from a variety of styles. Linda is a fully qualified holistic therapist with over 12yrs experience in this field and has a vast understanding of mind body connection.
Her passion for fitness and yoga led to her also train as a personal trainer & fitness instructor.
In 2015 Linda completed her yoga teacher training with Zenways who teach a Zen style of yoga which is mindfulness based and can be extremely versatile. Alongside this Linda has studied various forms of teaching meditation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
Linda is well versed in the art of yoga nidra and has also successfully completed trauma informed restorative yoga teacher training.
