About My Classes
Jann discovered Yoga about 37 years ago and has personally practiced most days since!
She trained with the BWY and has been teaching since 2000 and studying constantly, learning from some of the best teachers in their field –influenced strongly by Erich Schiffmann and Vanda Scaravelli and studying with Diane Long, Sophie Hoare & Mark Aquaviva.
Jann’s own practice has evolved to be a much deeper and outwardly gentler Yoga and it’s this she seeks to share in her classes – along with much laughter and maybe even a quick dance!
Her passion is to bring a little more calm and balance and fun to everyone’s life.
