About My Classes
Alicja has always been a yoga, movement and fitness fan and qualified to teach Pilates in 2014. She has been running classes in the Harrogate area helping others to achieve their fitness goals. Additional training includes working with props, Pre and post Natal Yoga & Pilates and Reformer Pilates, and she completed Yoga Teacher training in 2017 to add a further holistic approach to her portfolio. She recently completed a Nutrition for Physical Exercise course and loves to offer this advise to her students.
After participating in Alicja’s classes you can expect improved posture, stronger core and body, increased mobility and flexibility, reduced back and joint pains – with toned muscles and feeling great!
When she is not teaching you may bump in to Alicja enjoying the great outdoors or find her on a lake or river on her Stand Up Paddle board.
