This beautiful flowing yoga class is the perfect end to your day. Whether your Wednesdays involve working in an office, doing something physical or meeting the needs of a busy family (or maybe something completely different!), the demands of modern living can take a toll on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
This class has been specifically designed to help you connect with yourself, calm your mind and replenish your body. Beginning with powerful breath techniques for calming and grounding, we then move into Hatha Yoga based flowing sequence that will help you stretch, strengthen and balance your physical body. Alongside the physical movements, we will also explore how yoga concepts can support us both on and off the mat, learning techniques and ideas that can create more peace and space in our lives.
This is a class for all abilities and everyone from experienced yogis to complete beginners are welcome. Full instruction is given for all postures and more advanced versions are available for those wanting to go deeper. The only requirement is an open mind and a curious spirit to explore how the ancient practice of yoga can support you to flourish in the modern world.
