In this Mindful Yoga class we practice gentle yoga postures and sequences to unwind tension from the body.
We use the breath to energize or relax and use the awareness of both body and breath to stay present.
The class is suitable for those new to yoga and meditation or for more experienced practitioners who would like the support of attending a group.
Combining non-religious meditation, breathing techniques, paying attention to the present moment, as well as developing positive thinking and clarity of mind, mindfulness helps people change the way they think, feel and act.
