Rachel has been a Mindfulness Practitioner since 2013. She trained with the Mindfulness Association and is also a qualified Spiritual Companion and Spiritual Health Mentor. She is passionate about wellbeing, nature and helping people find personal balance, connection and routes to positive selfcare through mindful living and mindfulness practices.
Thursday 10am session
Lou has been teaching Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation since 2007. Being a lover of all things outdoors and an energy worker in tune with the rhythms and cycles of nature, she encourages participants to explore what happens when we take our inward experiences…outward.
When we walk, without expectation or goal we are much more aware of each step, every breath and a deeper sense of connection with our world around us.
These walks are a community project in conjunction with Knaresborough Online.
