Join our small friendly groups on Thursdays 10:00-11:30 to connect with yourself and nature.
No experience or skills required.
Pre booking is recommended.
£5 per session as an introductory offer
Sessions are fully compliant with Covid-19 guidance
Route: One and a half miles on generally good terrain.

Rachel has been a Mindfulness Practitioner since 2013. She trained with the Mindfulness Association and is also a qualified Spiritual Companion and Spiritual Health Mentor. She is passionate about wellbeing, nature and helping people find personal balance, connection and routes to positive selfcare through mindful living and mindfulness practices.
These walks are a community project in conjunction with Knaresborough Online.
