This is a series of 26 demanding postures practised in a hot room. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints. On a physical level, you can change the body’s shape, develop muscle tone and lose inches. On a mental level, you can improve concentration and self-control, leading to mental clarity and relief from stress. Classes are suitable for mixed abilities, but please see heat-related prohibitions and precautions by reading, printing and signing the Hot Yoga registration form – please bring this with you on your first session, along with a water bottle to stay hydrated!
