It is for all ages and all abilities and this is the class to choose if you are looking for balance and harmony in your life.
The class uses postures, breathing and relaxation to nurture body, mind and spirit The class is suitable for all abilities and is a great way to gain a general introduction to all aspects of yoga.
Tuesday: Hatha Yoga and Relax – 18.00-19.15
This is a flexible freestyle yoga class based on Hatha Yoga but influenced by the freedom of Scaravelli Yoga. We will include the postures and stretches along with Breath work but keep a very free-flowing approach to moving in and out of the postures. Partner work, mantra and mudra along with a lovely deep relaxation to finish.
Thursday: Hatha Yoga and Relax – 10.45-12.00
